1. Kind o material (metallic or not metallic);
2. Sample application (internal or external);
3. Dimensions (Width, thickness and length);
4. If applicable, the JIG will be provide or it has to be manufacture by Maeda-ST;
5. Number of samples to be tested;
6. Specifications/Standards/Procedure or test method
